Products:

1.                   As these are natural products there may be some colour and size variation.  Sizes quoted are approximate only.  Colour charts are given as a guideline only.

2.                 Any products with berries or flowers will vary in size, dependant on the season they are harvested.

Delivery:

1.                   All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and carriage

2.                 Delivery is FOC for orders over £250 (exclusive of VAT)

3.                 For orders under £250 a courier charge of £7.95 will apply per consignment (£9.99 for Ireland).

4.                 Delivery – 1-3 working days from receipt of order.  Depatches on a Friday are by exception.

5.                 Any delivery discrepancies or quality issues must be reported in writing (email or fax) within 24 hrs of delivery.  We cannot accept returns without prior authorisation from Verdi UK Limited.
